Subscriptions are purchased, managed, renewed, or cancelled only after account registration and sign-in through the customer portal at portal.elm.world. No payments are processed on castle.elm.world.

castle.elm.world does not deliver services, issue subscriptions, or process payments. Access to services is granted exclusively through the customer portal after successful registration and acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.

Merchant and billing entity
Subscriptions to Castle Platform services are sold and billed by the operating entity through portal.elm.world. Billing descriptors, invoices, and payment confirmations are provided within the customer portal.
